Meet Our Executive Chef
A New Jersey native, Chef William Conroy started his career in the kitchen at the age of 14. He worked his way up the ranks to Sous Chef and decided to further his career and attend the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He then went on to work as a lead line cook at the 5-Star and 5-Diamond hotel, The Little Nell Hotel, and the world-renowned Ajax Tavern in Aspen, Colorado. After some time, Chef William went to the Skytop Lodge in Pennsylvania, followed by 1500 South at the Naples Bay Resort, where he held the Executive Chef position, leading both the restaurant and banquet operations of the resort. Chef William then joined Sorrel River Ranch’s culinary team and was named the 2019 Best Chef in Naples, FL.
