Perfect for both beginners and seasoned bakers, this class will teach you the fundamentals of sourdough, including how to maintain a starter, achieve the perfect rise, and create that signature tangy flavor and chewy crust. You’ll also learn the secrets to crafting light, airy focaccia, complete with customizable toppings like fresh herbs, olive oil, and sea salt. Along the way, you’ll gain expert tips, techniques, and troubleshooting advice to build your confidence in the kitchen.

At the end of the session, you’ll leave with your own freshly baked creations and detailed recipes to recreate the magic at home.
