Adventure Day

June 21 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Hiking on the trails

Some of the best lessons aren’t taught, they’re experienced. This Father’s Day, Sage Lodge invites you and your family to spend the day exploring, learning, and enjoying the landscape together. Wander the trails, meet the birds of prey that shape this region, and settle into an afternoon of good food, good stories, and time outside. It’s a day rooted in connection, to place, and to each other.

9–10 AM | Father’s Day Nature Walk
Begin the morning at a slower pace, wandering the trails that weave through Sage Lodge. Along the way, discover the quiet details of the landscape—native florals in bloom, subtle signs of wildlife, and, if you’re lucky, a glimpse of the animals that call this place home.

2–3 PM | Fireside Chat with Montana Raptor Center
Gather on the Fireside Lawn for an afternoon of discovery as the Montana Raptor Center introduces some of the region’s most captivating birds of prey. With appearances from a great horned owl, hawk, and American kestrel, this conversation offers a closer look at the vital role these creatures play in Montana’s ecosystem.

3:30–5 PM | Archery Tournament
Step onto the range and take your shot. Whether you’re a seasoned archer or trying it for the first time, this friendly competition invites a bit of focus, a bit of fun, and a chance to claim the day’s bragging rights.
