In this hands-on Cheese Fondue Class, our culinary team invites you to slow down and savor the moment as they guide you through the art of creating a perfectly smooth, soul-warming fondue.
You’ll learn how to build layers of flavor using carefully selected cheeses, then explore a variety of seasonal accompaniments designed for dipping, sharing, and lingering just a little longer. A thoughtfully paired glass of wine is included, chosen to complement the fondue and bring each bite into balance.
