During early summer, Yellowstone National Park bursts with a variety of stunning wildflowers. As you drive or hike through the park, you will have the opportunity to learn how to identify many of these plants, trees, and flowers by studying their anatomy. In addition, we will explore how these plants have been utilized by modern and historical human populations for food, medicine, and goods production. By delving into the relationship between the park's animals and the plants that support their food economy, you will gain a greater appreciation for the diverse flora and its contribution to the ecosystem.

One complimentary backcountry meal per person, snacks, and beverages prepared by our culinary team.
